| The building with the yard were completely renovated in 2007. The
building is so-called Stalinka with thick interior and exterior walls,
very high ceilings and spacious appartments. Building entrance guarded
by door with code lock. Apartment front door is made of metal. The door
has 2 locks for your safety. Apartment consists of 2 separate bedrooms
and living-room with open plan kitchen. In the living room there is
a corner sofa bed (160x210cm) with big dining table with chairs,
TV and phone. Open-plan kitchen entirely equipped with refrigerator,
gas cooker, microwave, electric kettle, tableware and washing machine.
Master bedroom has a queen-size bed (160x200cm) with 2 night stands,
mirror doors wardrobe and dressing table with mirror, extra sofabed,
TV, iron board with an iron. The other bedroom has a queen-size bed
(160x195cm) with 2 night stands, wardrobe. Bathroom has a big jacuzzi
with hydro-massage with in-built shower, sink with mirror, WC
pan, and boiler for 50lt. There is a spacious open parking in the
yard. As apartment is located in historical center, the building is
illuminated from the street, that's why all windows in the apartment
are decorated with dark heavy curtains. The flooring is mostly wooden
and the flat is very cozy, warm and light. You will feel yourself
at home in this hospitable flat suitable both for business people and
for luxury travellers, as well as for honeymoon birds! |

40-meters granite obelisk with Eternal Flame (it’s one of the city’s
symbol), 100 meter to Palace of Arts, 100 meters to the Central Public
Park of Gorkiy with a lot of attractions and entertainments, 500 meters
far from Belarusian State Circus, 100 meters to the Art Gallery, 1
metro station to metro 'Oktiabrskaya' and Oktiabrskaya Square

Second World War and Palace of Trade Unions. 400 meters far from Yakuba
Kolosa Square, second largest and probably most picturesque square in
